PRODUCT INFORMATION
We've done our best to make sure you can find all the information you need on our website. All of our products have a 'Technical Info' page (look for the blue button on the individual Product Pages) as well as an extensive FAQ page.
MEASURING & INSTALLING
We have very comprehensive but incredibly easy instructions on how to measure for all of our products, for all types of windows and doors. They cover both Face Fit (on your architraves) and Recess Fit (within your window recess) instructions and there are pictures and diagrams, as well as various options for muli-panel or corner windows.
BAY WINDOWS
If you've a Bay Window you're not sure how to measure we're more than happy for you to send through a photo of your Bay, with as much info as you can provide (the type of blind, basic measurements, any obstructions such as window winders etc) and one of our lovely Staff Members will reply with exactly what you (and we) need to furnish your Bay Window perfectly. Just send your email through to sales@blindsonline.com.au (we prefer the photo not to be high resolution as they're quite large files).
SAMPLES
You'll also find it easy to order samples. For most of our products we'll send out up to 10 samples for free. For those that do have a small charge (Curtain Fabric and Plantation Shutter samples), we will send you a Gift Voucher for the amount that you spend which can be used against your later purchase.

Our Office and Showroom are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with the Showroom also open on Saturdays from 9am-3pm (excluding Public Holidays).
